**Job Description** ------------------- The Operations Supervisor is responsible for directing and administering the operational efforts of the branch. He or she ensures that established operational and security policies and procedures are followed and is responsible training, directing, and supervising branch operations staff. The Operations Supervisor ensures that customers are promptly and professionally served and provides general bank information and cross\-sells services.
