Description: **Reports To:** Corporate Controller **Supervises Others:** Yes **FUNCTION** Responsible for overseeing all accounting and financial reporting activities of the division. This role will ensure accuracy, compliance and timely information for decision making. **ESSENTIAL DUTIES** (Other duties may be assigned. Must be able to fulfill essential job functions in a consistent state of alertness and safe manner.) * Oversee all divisional accounting operations, including but not limited to, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, debt, and general ledger. * Manage the month\-end close process to ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement). * Ensure compliance with GAAP and other applicable accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements. * Provide financial analysis and reporting to senior management, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities to improve performance and profitability. * Assists with external financial audits, reviews or compilations, as applicable. * Oversee tax\-related processes, including coordination of sales/use, and other tax filings with internal staff. * Provide cas...
