Title: **Division Controller** Reports to: Delegation Controller Location: Charlotte, NC – Office environment **General Description**: The Division Controller position performs a combination of the duties described more fully below. The primary responsibility will be to manage all financial aspects of the Construction Division. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare monthly financial statements and communicate results to executives. * Analyze financial reports and develop new financial strategies to achieve company goals. * Oversee day\-to\-day operations of the division’s finances. * Supervise a team of 3 AP accountants. * Manage the completion of the month/quarter/year\-end close for the division. * Prepare budgets and forecasts for the division and present them to the executive team. * Work closely with Project Managers and Engineers on project budgeting and cost control. * Travel to jobsites as needed. * Prepare monthly journal entries. * Support Corporate with internal and external financial audits. * Ensure security, integrity, and confidentiality of data. * Assumes other special activities and responsibilities as required. **Authorities:** The Division Con...
