**Reports to:** Director of Marketing **Position Status**: Full\-time **Hours of Operation**: The hours will be set by the Director of Marketing; does include evenings and weekends as necessary. **Job Summary:** The Marketing Specialist primary function is to help with the development and execution of the sales and marketing goals to increase overall occupancy at McCrite Plaza. In addition, this position also oversees retention policies and procedures. This position exercises considerable judgment in applying professional knowledge in solving problems. **Essential Functions / Duties:** * Assist with increasing the occupancy of McCrite Plaza by conducting outreach to the community, build relationships with professional referral sources, plan and attend special events in the community and conduct tours and assessments for prospective residents and their family members. * Plan, coordinate and facilitate new residents’ move and admission to the community.
