See responsibilites **Quality Leadership \& Governance** * Lead and maintain the Quality Management System across assigned facilities. * Ensure standardization and alignment between assigned locations and Rig Technologies. * Strategic development and support to site Quality teams. Conduct Management Reviews with Operational Managers from each Quality Group. * **Standardization \& Audit Management** * Ensure compliance with API, ISO, customer, and product requirements. * Ensure use of standardized Global technical and Quality documents, processes, Lessons Learned and procedures. Plan, lead, and support internal and external audits (API, customer, regulatory). * **Risk Management \& Contingency Planning** * Lead risk assessments (Process risks, supplier risks). * Ensure mitigation plans and contingency plans are developed, maintained, and tested. Escalate high\-risk quality issues to leadership with clear data and recommendations. * **Nonconformance \& Corrective Action** * Manage NCR, CAR, and customer complaints across sites. * Monitor trends and prevent recurrence of systemic quality issues.
