California Landscape Associates is seeking a hands\-on Landscape Operations Manager to lead the daily delivery of our municipal and commercial landscape\-maintenance services throughout the Greater Sacramento area. This position oversees approximately 25 field employees operating across five to seven crews or routes each day. Our portfolio includes major municipal streetscapes and commercial properties ranging from large individual locations to multi\-stop routes. The manager will also lead and develop an existing remote Operations Coordinator who supports customer\-request intake, open\-work tracking, quote collection, vendor follow\-up, research, and administrative documentation. The manager owns field decisions and completed results while using the coordinator to create reliable visibility and follow\-through. The successful candidate will be an excellent organizer and people manager who is comfortable spending substantial time in the field.
