**Position Summary** We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to own the day\-to\-day accounting functions for a small manufacturing company. This position will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing monthly and year\-end close processes, monitoring cash flow, overseeing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, managing payroll, and providing timely financial information and analysis to company ownership and management. The ideal candidate is someone who can own the accounting function, not simply enter transactions. This person should be comfortable reviewing financial information, identifying discrepancies, asking questions when something doesn't make sense, and independently resolving issues. **Required Qualifications** * Two\-year degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field or equivalent accounting experience. * Strong working knowledge and experience with QuickBooks. * 3\+ years of progressive accounting experience, with experience independently managing month\-end close and financial reporting preferred. * Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and financial statements. * Experience with Accounts Payable, Account...
