**Summary** Under the direct supervision of the Truss Department Manager, the Truss Production Manager oversees all personnel in truss production and batching \& splicing. This position organizes and distributes work to each crew and makes decisions along with the Truss Department Manager in hiring, terminating, and moving personnel to different departments as needed. The Truss Production Manager also holds documented Safety Meetings on a monthly basis and oversees that all areas of truss production are following proper safety protocol.
