The mission:comstruct is building the agentic workforce for European construction. Our agents turn paper delivery notes, fragmented invoices and offline supplier decisions into structured, real-time data and live decisions, embedded inside the largest contractors in Europe and the US. To accelerate this journey, we secured a €12.5M seed financing round from 20VC and Google Ventures, along with top European investors. What you’ll do:As our Customer Value Engineer you own our most valuable accounts once the rollout is done and make sure every customer gets maximum value out of our product.Most of your time you're with customers: driving adoption across sites and teams, building ROI models and running strategic QBRs that prove monetary value to decision makers. You build lasting relationships from site managers to C-level, spot expansion opportunities into new business units and geographies and qualify them before Sales gets involved.
