We are seeking an experienced, detail\-oriented Controller to join our team and oversee the accounting and financial operations of our existing properties and new development projects. This position works closely with our CFO and support team and is ideal for a hands\-on professional who is organized, resourceful, and comfortable managing multiple financial responsibilities. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage monthly financial closings, account reconciliations, and financial reporting across the property portfolio. * Prepare monthly cash flow reports, annual budgets, and financial reports for lenders and partners. * Oversee banking, cash management, and wire/ACH approvals. * Manage insurance renewals and certificates of insurance. * Process payroll and assist with basic human resources administration. * Coordinate and oversee year\-end audits, tax preparation, and lender compliance requirements. * Prepare and track construction draw requests, including AIA payment applications, through lender funding...
