Your missionYou develop features and improvements across the full stack of our SaaS application – both on the backend (Django / Django REST Framework, FastAPI) and the frontend (React / TypeScript) – consistently leveraging AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot or Cursor to deliver faster and more efficiently.As an experienced software developer, you collaborate closely with both development teams and coordinate with all relevant stakeholders (product management, UX, sales, etc.).You actively help drive our AI First Development Culture: you explore new tools, share best practices within the team, and help integrate AI meaningfully into our daily workflows.You support the technical documentation of the product.You conduct AI-assisted code reviews, help apply AI tools in day-to-day development, and support ticket distribution and steering of the development process.Your profileA completed degree in computer science or a related IT-focused field, or a completed vocational training as an IT specialist in application development (Fachinformatiker/-in Anwendungsentwicklung).At least 3 years of relevant full-time professional experience – ideally in roles where you worked acro...
