***About the Cincinnati Shakespeare Company*** The Cincinnati Shakespeare Company (CSC) is a resident ensemble theatre company bringing Shakespeare and the Classics to life for audiences of all ages. Producing year\-round, CSC executes up to 10 main stage productions, 6 touring productions, and several additional events per season. ***Position Overview*** The Production Electrician will be hired on an as needed basis with a base schedule of 9am\-5:30pm, Monday through Friday during the weeks of build and install. Extended hours and modified workweeks are often necessary due to technical rehearsal schedules, rental appointments, special events, and specific production needs. When working on Load\-ins, The Production Electrician and Lighting Overhire are responsible for the safe installation of lighting equipment and execution of the lighting design under the guidance of the Production Manager, Technical Director and/ or Lighting Designer. Overhire Lighting Technicians will service the theatre for load\-ins, changeovers, focus calls, strikes, notes calls and maintenance calls.
