**A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A MARKETING MANAGER AT AXIOM** You start your day at Axiom with a sense of ownership over something important: the brand itself. As the office comes to life, you're already scanning the landscape, checking social channels, reviewing engagement, and seeing where Axiom's voice showed up in the world overnight. Marketing here is a team of one, but you are far from alone. Your role sits at the intersection of sales, leadership, project managers, designers, inside partners, and outside partners, and your job is to turn everything happening across Axiom into a compelling story. By mid\-morning, you're on\-site with a camera in hand. Photography is a core part of your role. You capture projects from concept to completion, progress photos, behind\-the\-scenes moments, time\-lapse footage, finished installations, employee spotlights, and event coverage. You understand composition, lighting, and visual storytelling, and you know how to create imagery that elevates both the craftsmanship and the people behind it.
