**Job Summary** Verti\-Crete is looking for a dependable, organized **Manufacturing Operations Coordinator** to join our manufacturing team in Bluffdale, Utah. This is a hands\-on coordination role for someone who is good at keeping track of details, following through, and making sure things get done. You’ll work directly with our Production Manager and help keep our shop running smoothly by coordinating shipping, purchasing, inventory, and equipment maintenance schedules. **What You’ll Do** * Schedule outgoing shipments and coordinate trucking and freight * Work with trucking companies, vendors, customers, and our production team * Purchase steel, parts, shop supplies, and other materials needed for production * Follow up with vendors to make sure materials arrive when promised * Monitor inventory and reorder materials before we run out * Maintain purchase orders and inventory records * Keep track of preventive maintenance schedules for our equipment and machinery * Schedule service providers for routine maintenance and repairs * Follow up on open orders, shipments, service calls, and other outstanding items * Help the Production Manager identify and solve issues before they slow ...
