**Area Service Manager** The Area Service Manager is responsible for the daily operation of the Service Team in delivering superior service and for performing tasks related to the administration, implementation, maintenance and management of the Service Team. This role will be focused on our service teams that support customers in Richmond and greater Virginia markets. **ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** include the following. Other functions may be assigned. * Coordinate with Service Coordinators on all jobs to ensure that correct tech(s) are assigned based on job requirements and demands; ensure jobs are dispatched and delivered as promised. * Review service work tickets for follow\-up, parts required, and communication with internal and external customers. * Collaborate with the Supply Department, Service Coordinators, and Service Technicians to facilitate the acquisition of parts and materials, ensuring expedited delivery. * Follow up with Service Coordinators and Service Technicians to confirm that parts, equipment repairs, and installations are scheduled efficiently, ensuring maximum productivity. * Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that all required job info...
