The Regional Sales Manager, Mid\-Atlantic Region is responsible for the successful Sales performance of their assigned region and stable sales growth in the defined region. (NYC, Long Island, NJ, PA, DE, MD, DC, VA and WV). **Essential duties and responsibilities:** * Follow all safety rules and regulations, all work must be done thinking “Safety First”. * Achieve regional sales objectives by contributing regional sales information and making recommendations to Director, North America Sales, for strategic plans and reviews. * Establish sales objectives by creating a yearly Business Development Plan and forecast for the region. * Maintains and expands customer base by building rapports with key customers, networking with industry colleagues within the region and attending regional tradeshow events. * Recommend new product line additions by identifying new product applications and requirements. * Represents the interests of the Company and the Sales Department ensuring that the region’s sales functions are supported throughout the Company. * Update the Sales CRM on a daily base and report weekly to the Director, North America Sales, on forecasted sales. * Good communication skills. *...
