The Controller is directly responsible for the business unit's accounting operations. The controller will assist in identifying and implementing corporate and local objectives; coordinate and provide direction for the location's administrative functions, including cost accounting, general accounting as necessary, budgeting, continuous improvement, site support for Electrical Platform finance, and ad hoc projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive experience in the aerospace \& defense industry, and an understanding of government contracts and regulations (FAR/DFARS).
