**Shift:** 1st Shift (7:00 AM \- 3:30 PM; Monday \- Friday) **Position Purpose:** The Project Engineer is responsible for coordinating and executing the engineering and technical activities required to support new and existing customer projects, including new business opportunities brought forward by the Sales team. This hands\-on role supports projects from initial quotation, feasibility review, and design through tooling development, validation, customer approval, and successful transfer to production, ensuring project requirements are met within established timelines, budgets, and quality standards. **Quoting \& Project Feasibility:** * Review customer requests for quotation (RFQs), specifications, and requirements to determine project scope and technical expectations. * Evaluate part designs, tooling configurations, material selections, and manufacturing requirements to determine project feasibility and identify potential challenges. * Develop and coordinate technical quotations, including evaluating project requirements, tooling needs, and manufacturing considerations to support accurate pricing and project timelines.m * Collaborate with Sales personnel to provide technical gu...
