Note: By applying to this position you will have an opportunity to share your preferred working location from the following: **Dallas, TX, USA; Atlanta, GA, USA; Council Bluffs, IA, USA**.### **Minimum qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain operations, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. * 13 years of experience in supply chain, operations, or related fields (including third\-party logistics (3PL) supplier management, warehouse/fulfillment, automation, and MRP/WMS/TMS systems) driving transformations, cost reduction, inventory optimization, and working capital improvements. * 10 years of experience managing and developing managers. * Experience managing end\-to\-end supply chain activities (planning, procurement, production, inventory, logistics, distribution) in environments such as manufacturing, 3PLs, omnichannel, regulated industries like pharma/biotech. ### **Preferred qualifications:** * Master's degree, MBA, or equivalent practical experience. * Experience leading Sales and Operations Planning (S\&OP), Integrated Business Planning (IBP), or Demand and Operations Planning (D\&OP) management. * Experience with or active...
