Provides leadership, financial planning and forecasting for the Department of Surgery, strategic planning and short/long term goals fostering collaborations among surgery investigators. Manages the life cycle of each clinical trial working directly with investigators, sponsors, other Universities, Clinical Research Center personnel, UNeHealth/SPA, accounting and IRB personnel to ensure optimal outcomes.
