This role combines day\-to\-day program leadership with case management continuity, regulatory compliance, and continuous quality improvement (CQI), ensuring uninterrupted, high\-quality, person\-centered services across assigned sites, including routine and unannounced site observations, incident trend analysis, and corrective action follow\-through for Summit Services programs.
