We are seeking an experienced **Pre\-Construction Manager** to lead estimating, budgeting, planning, and project coordination for commercial construction projects throughout the Kansas City metropolitan area. This position will oversee the **full preconstruction process—from initial project pursuit and conceptual estimating through final pricing, planning, and turnover to operations**. The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial construction background with proven experience in estimating, subcontractor procurement, value engineering, constructability, and client coordination. You will work closely with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, Project Managers, and field leadership to develop accurate budgets and create a clear path for successful project execution.
