**Job description** Swami Compounding a custom rubber compounder is looking for Production Worker to join our team in Rome, Georgia. **Open Position**: Production Worker **Company Description:** Swami Compounding is a custom rubber compounder started with an aim to provide quality rubber compounds for various applications such as Tire Retreads, Conveyor belts, Floor Mats, Roofing, Wire \& Cable, Hoses, Construction, Automotive etc. Our current mixing capacity is 60 Million lb. with one fully automated mixing line with 250\-liter Banbary mixer. We currently mix NR, SBR, EPDM, IR, IIR, BR, NBR, CR polymers. **Shift**: 1st Shift Monday to Thursday (7:00 AM to 5:00 PM), Day Shift, 10 hour shift **Job Type:** Full Time **Location:** Rome, Georgia **Duties and Responsibilities** * Responsible for reading all instructions on each production order to ensure adherence to current customer requirements and the Company Quality Policy * Typical role will include operating production mill, Running mixer, stacking rubber, weighing raw materials on small \& large scale, operating forklift. * Responsible for practicing safe work habits and reporting unsafe conditions/ actions to the area supervisor...
