URGENT: looking for an **RNs ONLY** for a case for Gwinnett County Schools. Child is 19 years old. The patient has a history of grade 4 intraventricular hemorrhage with hydrocephalus, status post VP shunt, spastic cerebral palsy, Lennox\-Gastaut Syndrome (seizure disorder), GERD, G\-J tube dependence for nutrition and medications, neurogenic airway, tracheostomy with ventilator dependence, chronic lung disease, mild pulmonary hypertension, bradycardia, detached retina (100% on the right and partial on the left), patent ductus arteriosus (PDA) status post ligation, anisocoria, scoliosis, and an 8\.5 foam tracheostomy. Case hours needed: Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, 7:45am to 4:45pm. Pay $55\- $60 per Hour Responsibilities: * Administer medication, monitor vital signs, and assess patient responses to treatments and interventions. * Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans. * Maintain accurate and up\-to\-date medical records and documentation.
