You must excel at finding and closing new business. You win by showing why quality and on\-time delivery are worth more than a lower price. You’re as comfortable in steel toes as in a boardroom. You don’t wait for leads; you create them. You want a manager in your corner: Monday and Friday team meetings, a quick check\-in on road days, and clarity about your roles and responsibilities. You must have at least 3 years of industrial B2B sales experience and a work history that shows you stay and succeed.
