FCM is currently seeking an **Accounting Manager**. This role will report to the Controller. **Position Summary** The Accounting Manager is responsible for leading the day\-to\-day accounting operations of the organization within a fast\-paced mortgage lending environment. This position plays a key leadership role in maintaining accurate financial records, overseeing the month\-end close process, managing and developing accounting staff, strengthening internal controls, and supporting financial reporting and analysis.
