Description: **Help build a great employee experience—and support a mission that matters.** As our Human Resources Coordinator, you’ll help keep our people processes running smoothly and ensure employees receive timely, thoughtful support. You’ll collaborate with our HR virtual assistant, HR Directors of Talent Acquisition and Organizational Development, VP of HR, and organization leaders to support employees from recruitment and onboarding through development and offboarding. You’ll also help coordinate our volunteer and AmeriCorps programs and support employee technology, school district access requests, and company property tracking in partnership with our IT partner. This role offers exposure to a broad range of HR functions, meaningful collaboration, and opportunities to grow.
