This position is ideal for a senior water resources professional with experience leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering nature\-based solutions, green stormwater infrastructure, ecological restoration (stream, lakes, and wetland), constructed wetlands, resilient parks/open space, and watershed improvement projects from planning and funding strategy through design, permitting, construction documents, stakeholder engagement, and construction\-phase support. In this role, you will help public\- and private\-sector clients advance practical, community\-centered, climate\-resilient infrastructure solutions while contributing to client development, proposal strategy, staff mentorship, and project delivery.
