**FC Operations Lead** ====================== Reporting to the Assistant FC Manager, the FC Operations Lead, (FCOL) is a leadership role and is responsible for all fulfillment center operations including mentorship of the team and full cycle of inventory and product distribution. The FCOL directs the daily activities of a high\-volume pick, pack, ship Fulfillment Center. Key responsibilities include planning and execution of weekly volume as well as managing the day\-to\-day operation of the facility's staffing, ensuring inventory accuracy, /Quality Control, coaching, and all personnel\-related issues. The main tasks would be to assist with all warehouse functions, including but not limited to: inbound receiving, stowing, picking, packing, shipping, ICQA processing/troubleshooting, end of day wrap up, end of day sanitation of equipment.
