Work and Perks: As a General Manager in Training (GMIT) you will partner with the restaurant’s current Executive General Manager or General Manager to help with the overall direction, profitability, and operation of the restaurant. Miller’s Ale House is experiencing growth and opening several new restaurants. Operators are the driving force behind our continued success. A GMIT is a positive, enthusiastic, and experienced General Manager who drives Operational Excellence and provides outstanding Guest Satisfaction and Execution. This opportunity is for a leader with at least 5 years of previous restaurant General Manager experience.
