Takco, Inc. is currently seeking a Highly Motivated Professional to Join our Team as a Project Manager. The primary role of the Project Manager will be to lead and manage all field operations on their assigned projects, including but not limited to owner/client interaction, communication and administration, supervising project engineers, superintendents, foremen, managing subcontractors/vendors, quality control, pay applications, safety management, and equipment utilization/coordination. Qualifications A bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or construction is preferred, but not required. Knowledgeable of Municipal, City, and DOT construction including underground utilities, grading, earthwork, roadwork, engineering plans, project planning, subcontractors, and procurement. Strong mass grading experience. Knowledge of construction methods, inspections, and tests 30\-hour OSHA\-certification a plus Ensures that projects are completed on time, in compliance, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the client.
