This role is responsible for leading 1–3 Agile teams of Business Systems Analysts (SAFe ART\-aligned) and ensuring strong execution across business analysis, solution design, and quality delivery. The ideal candidate combines strong people leadership, delivery ownership, adaptability and technical depth—particularly across enterprise platforms, API data integrations, and quality practices that include test planning and test automation tools and processes.
