Description: Construction Project Manager – Federal Construction \& Mission Critical Infrastructure **Fort Bliss / El Paso, Texas** Reliance Construction is seeking a Project Manager to support federal barracks repairs and renovations at Fort Bliss. This position is responsible for managing the project from preconstruction through closeout, coordinating project teams, maintaining government and client relationships, and ensuring the work is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. The ideal candidate is an organized, self\-motivated construction professional who communicates effectively with clients and subcontractors and thrives in a fast\-paced environment. The project involves phased repairs across multiple barracks buildings within an active military installation, including occupied facilities. Work includes site investigations, work plan development, interior room and wall repairs, window repairs and replacement, flooring, stairwell repairs, painting and coatings, and hazardous\-material surveys.
