**Job Description Summary** =========================== The FLIGHT DECK Coordinator leads the coordination and execution of FLIGHT DECK learning programs that drive adoption of FLIGHT DECK behaviors and fundamentals. This role administers programs end\-to\-end—planning, logistics, delivery, and sustainment—while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. The Coordinator partners closely with the FLIGHT DECK Development Programs Leader, Program Manager, and Capability Development team to operationalize program sessions, manage workflows, and respond to internal customer needs with agility and precision. Success requires strong corporate learning and development coordination experience, exceptional organization and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Smartsheet, and SharePoint. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast\-paced, collaborative environment and effectively manages multiple priorities to deliver impactful results. This is a remote role, but you must be within 40 miles of a major US airport.
