RESPONSIBILITIES: * Performs all billing and collecting task for Private Pay, Medicaid, Hospice and Managed Care. Assists with Medicaid Pending application process as needed. * Performs and oversees the completion of all business office related tasks * Reviews, analyzes and interprets financial data to monitor progress toward established goals; identifies deterrents to success and implements improvements as necessary to enhance efficiencies and results; facilitates effective problem resolution and development of business office goals and objectives. * Participates in the development and successful implementation of plan(s) of improvement as indicated, recommended or required by Business Office Consultant, Regional Director of Business Office Operations, Internal Au...
