**Job Summary** One of our full\-service hospitality clients is seeking a hands\-on Financial Controller to lead its accounting operations. Reporting directly to the Director of Finance, you'll own financial reporting, close, controls, and team development in a fast\-paced, high\-volume environment. This is a high\-visibility leadership role for a detail\-driven finance professional who thrives on accuracy, teamwork, and operational impact. **What You'll Do** * Lead month\-end and year\-end close, general ledger oversight, and delivery of accurate monthly and annual financial statements * Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis * Oversee core accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, income and night audit, and payroll for a large workforce * Maintain strong internal controls and support internal and external audits * Lead, train, and develop the accounting team * Partner with operations and leadership across departments to support sound financial decisions * Produce management reporting that drives performance and accountability **What You Bring** * Bachelor's degree, preferably in Accounting or Finance, or an equivalent ...
