We are seeking an experienced **Commercial Construction Project Manager** to oversee renovation, tenant improvement, and commercial building projects throughout Central Virginia. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of project management experience with a commercial general contractor and can independently manage projects from preconstruction planning through final completion and closeout. **Direct commercial general contracting experience is required. Candidates with residential\-only construction experience will not qualify.** **Key Responsibilities** ------------------------ * Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction planning through construction, final turnover, and closeout. * Develop project schedules, track milestones, and implement corrective actions to maintain project timelines. * Oversee subcontractor agreements, scopes of work, procurement, change orders, and contractual requirements. * Review construction drawings, specifications, contracts, requests for information (RFIs), submittals, and other project documentation to resolve issues and maintain coordination. * Coordinate with clients, owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, su...
