The University of Iowa Health Care \- Iowa River Landing is seeking a highly motivated Staff Nurse (RN) that will have the opportunity to work in various clinical areas throughout the building. Our nurses will have an opportunity to work in Procedures, Infusions, and CT. **Characteristic Duties and Responsibilities:** * Apply nursing theory to assess, diagnose, treat and evaluate patient responses. * Develop patient care plan based on observations and assessments and recommend interventions to attain expected outcomes. * Collaborate and integrate information from patient and family into multidisciplinary patient care plan and evaluate responses. * Evaluate the quality of nursing care provided by other staff members. * Responsible and accountable for the provision of care for patients. * Maintain patient rights and confidentiality and serve as a patient advocate. **Percent of Time:** 80\-100% (32\-40 hours/week) **Schedule:** Monday \- Friday, 7:00am \- 5:30pm, no late shifts, and no Saturday rotation **Location:** Iowa River Landing **Salary:** $49,426 minimum at 80% effort to commensurate.
