**SUMMARY** The Operations Manager is responsible for leading the daily execution of Production operations, including Dye House, Blank Stock, Screen Print, Pre\-Press, Samples, and related production functions. This position is accountable for staffing, employee performance, productivity, labor allocation, quality, and execution of daily and weekly production plans.
