Job Summary Weimer Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is seeking an experienced, motivated **Parts Manager** to lead our parts department. This position is responsible for the overall performance of the department, including inventory management, profitability, customer service, employee development, and supporting our service and sales operations. The ideal candidate is organized, accountable, customer\-focused, and understands how to maintain the right inventory while controlling obsolescence and maximizing department performance.
