PURPOSE AND SCOPE: Supports the mission, core values and customer service of Home Dialysis Services \& Dialysis Care Center, LLC (HDS/DCC). Adheres to the HDS/DCC Policies and Procedures and Compliance Program including all state and federal regulatory requirements. The Regional Nurse Manager plans, coordinates and manages the nursing department and other employees assigned to their respective area. This position identifies and develops strategic facility growth opportunities. Monitors staffing, budget, financial and clinical performance. Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of nursing care and services provided to the patients. Ensures quality care that is consistent with company and regulatory standards. May oversee multiple facilities and the direct reports for each facility. Reports and supports the Clinical Area Manager/Director in a specific Region.
