**An Equal Opportunity Employer** **Position Summary** -------------------- **POSITION SUMMARY** This position is responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of Nursing personnel during the night (NOC) shifts to maintain continuity for twenty\-four hour nursing care. **SUPERVISION** This role is responsible for the overall clinical, operational, and administrative management of the facility, acting as the primary liaison between nursing staff, physicians, and families. The Supervisor ensures that high\-quality, compassionate care is delivered in compliance with federal and state regulations, manages staff, handles emergency situations, and ensures the safety and security of the building. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
