### **Position Summary** Rocky Mountain Protective Service Inc. (RMPS) is seeking an experienced **Account Manager – Armed Security Operations** to provide leadership and operational oversight for a multi\-site government security program in Castle Rock and surrounding Douglas County locations. The Account Manager will serve as the primary operational point of contact and will be responsible for staffing, scheduling, supervision, employee readiness, site inspections, incident management, training compliance, quality assurance, reporting, and overall service performance. This position requires a hands\-on security leader capable of managing armed personnel in courthouse, government, public\-facing, and security\-screening environments. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Manage day\-to\-day security operations across multiple assigned facilities. * Maintain the master staffing schedule and ensure required posts are continuously staffed. * Supervise site leadership, security supervisors, Court Security Officers, and Security Officers. * Conduct regular site inspections and performance reviews. * Coordinate employee onboarding, background screening, clearance processing, and assignment rea...
