**JOB SUMMARY** The Multi\-Branch Operations Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing day\-to\-day operations across Dallas, Fort Worth and San Angelo branch locations, ensuring consistent service excellence, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance across equipment, inventory, fleet, facility and personnel management. This Leadership role is accountable for the operations and financial performance of all assigned branches, including the P\&L performance, customer satisfaction, team development, service execution, and adherence to MasVida’s core processes and company standards. The Multi\-Branch Operations Manager provides direct leadership to branch teams while ensuring consistent processes, expectations, and performance across all locations.
