The Urology Specialty Representative is accountable appropriate product adoption across targeted Urology accounts, including large urology group practices, hospital\-affiliated urology practices, and other high\-potential specialty accounts to drive sales. This role engages Urologists, APPs, practice administrators, clinical staff, and other key office stakeholders to support patient identification, treatment selection, practice workflow, and appropriate product utilization among eligible patients within the approved indication. The Urology Specialty Representative will meet and/or exceed sales performance objectives in an assigned territory by developing, implementing, and executing an integrated territory business plan encompassing key customer targets within assigned accounts.
