**Maintenance Sales Representative** **Pay Range:** **$60,000\-$70,000** **base salary plus uncapped commission**. First\-year on\-target earnings range from **$110,000\-$130,000**, with top performers consistently earning well into the six figures. **Schedule:** 7:30 AM \- 4:30 PM Monday through Friday **About the Role** In this role, you'll generate new maintenance and service agreement business by building long\-term relationships with property managers, facility leaders, and business owners.
