Description: **SUMMARY** Maintains integrity of all accounting functions and tasks used to generate accurate data for management of the corporation by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate personnel. **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** include the following. Other duties may be assigned. * Oversee the activities of the Corporate Accounting Department for the accurate and timely dissemination of financial reports, including but not limited to, internal and external monthly financial statements and annual audits. * Analyzes and interprets financial data and recommends changes to improve systems and financial performance. * Oversees financial controls and allocates accounting department workload in such a way as to facilitate an effective financial control environment. * Provides management control and decision support to all departments. * Coordinates with all departments to develop an annual budget to present to management for approval. * Respond to CFO as assigned with accurate and timely work to facilitate company financial needs. * Participate in a wide variety of special projects and compile a variety of special reports. * Oversee all cost accou...
