Epping, NH • Exeter Hospital • Full\-time • Day **When you join the growing BILH team, you're not just taking a job, you’re making a difference in people’s lives.** Plans and administers medically prescribed physical therapy evaluation and treatment for patients suffering from injuries, muscle, nerve, joint and bone diseases, or neurological or developmental disorders to improve and/or restore function, relieve pain and prevent disability. **Job Description:** * $10,000 sign\-on bonus available for eligible hires. Bonus amounts for positions under 40 hours per week will be prorated. Per diem roles are not eligible. **Key Responsibilities:** * Select, administer, and interpret clinically appropriate assessments. * Integrate educational, medical, social, and psychological factors when evaluating patients and determining treatment diagnoses. * Develop and implement individualized plans of care that promote skill development, functional independence, and successful participation in daily and community activities. * Collaborate with healthcare providers, contracted agencies, schools, and other care team members to coordinate services and maximize patient outcomes. * Evaluate treatment p...
