**General Summary** The Traffic Manager is responsible for the coordination and compliance of all outbound international and domestic for the Distribution Center. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and will have the ability to coordinate shipments cross\-functionally to achieve success. This role requires the aptitude to address a multitude of logistical and administrative support needs promptly and professionally while also requiring effective communication with various departments and customer contacts to achieve business goals. The candidate must exhibit a proven track record of thriving in fast\-paced environments while delivering quality work to tight deadlines. **Essential Job Functions** * Manage and handle all international shipping to include; the use of portals for forwarders, customers and regulatory agencies, creating and reviewing Commercial invoices, POD (Proof of Delivery) etc. * Furnish as needed POD’s, CI’s, supporting documentation including but not limited to Tracking information * Train \& Manage (inspect what you expect) the team (i.e. Supervisors, Leads, Coordinators, Dock personnel etc). * Coordinate and partner with other depa...
