**Position:** *Part\-Time Meals\-On\-Wheels Site Manager* **Location:** Dover Meals\-On\-Wheels Site **Hours:** 20 hours/week **About the position:** Meals on Wheels is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and organized Site Manager to over the daily operations of our Meals on Wheels site and help ensure the nutritious meals and meaningful connections reach the individuals who depend on the service. The Site Manager supports our clients, volunteers and staff while ensuring the daily operations run smoothly, efficiently, while upholding the client’s dignity and respect. **Duties:** * Oversee the day\-to\-day operations of the Meals on Wheels site * Pack and serve meals * Maintain site cleanliness * Complete reports and daily paperwork * Conduct outreach to seniors and the community * Recruit, train, schedule, and support volunteers * Serve congregate dining clients with professionalism and respect while helping ensure a safe, friendly, and engaging meal service. **Minimum Qualifications:** * High School Diploma or GED * Clean background, valid TN Driver’s License, insurance, and reliable transportation * Strong organizational and interpersonal skills * Ability to multi\-task, priori...
